What this app replaces
CVP Capacity is the live replacement for the capacity spreadsheet. Every CVP has a weekly capacity (40 hours by default). Every VP they support consumes part of it.
Instead of chasing tabs and formulas, the team logs hours once a week and everything else — dashboards, alerts, placement, year-to-date history — updates itself.
- CVP = team member providing onboarding support.
- VP = the loan officer being supported.
- Capacity = 40 hours/week by default, adjustable per CVP.
- Two numbers per VP each week: current hours and projected hours.
